The Birches Condomimums are located on Summit Road in Merrimack, NH. Our private,
wooded, community feels quiet and secluded, yet is just minutes from Route
3—an easy commute north to Manchester, or south to Nashua or Boston.
Clubhouse Rentals
Unit residents are welcome to rent the clubhouse facility with an advanced booking.
The fee to rent the clubhouse is $75. All paperwork and fees must be submitted at
least one week prior to the scheduled rental.
- Facility renters must clean the clubhouse following any event, including removing
trash and disposing of it from your own unit. (Leaving trash at the clubhouse, inside
or out, causes odors and encourages pests.)
- Picking up and dropping off the key is the responsiblity of the persons renting the clubhouse.
