Board Meetings

The Board of Directors meets in the Clubhouse at 6pm on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Owners who would like to attend should contact the property manager to confirm that there is no delay or postponement.

Snow Removal

When a storm is likely, park in your garage or driveway. Please park about 2 feet away from the garage door, to allow space for shovelers to pass, and do not park at the street end of your driveway.

Chimney inspectors

All fireplace chimneys must be inspected once yearly, between April 1 and November 1. (read more).
Book your inspection for the summer to avoid seasonal increases in the peak Fall season!

Units with gas inserts, or with fireplaces not in use, may submit an annual statement of non-use in lieu of an inspection report.

If you experience a loss, please report it immediately to the Property Manager for processing. Owners should never report losses to the insurance company directly!

All unit owners should carry a minimum of $10,000 in Coverage A (Dwelling Coverage) to cover the master policy deductible in the event of a claim that falls beneath that threshold.
