Insurance policy information
The Master Insurance Policy information for The Birches is as follows
If you experience a loss, please report it immediately
to the Property Manager for processing. Owners should never report
losses to the insurance company directly!
All unit owners should carry a minimum of $5000 of homeowners insurance to cover the deductible if a covered loss occurs.
