Chimney inspectors
All fireplace chimneys must be inspected once yearly, between April 1 and November 1.

Units with gas inserts, or with fireplaces not in use, may submit an annual statement of non-use
in lieu of an inspection report.

Insurance policy information
The Master Insurance Policy information for The Birches is as follows
If you experience a loss, please report it immediately
to the Property Manager for processing. Owners should never report
losses to the insurance company directly!
All unit owners should carry a minimum of $10,000 in Coverage A (Dwelling
Coverage) to cover the master policy deductible in the event of a claim that
falls beneath that threshold.
