Winterize Outdoor Spigots
Remember to winterize your outdoor spigots.
After closing the shutoff valve located against the outside wall of the utility room,
disconnect any garden hose, and then open the outdoor spitor to allow any remaining
water to drain.
Parking Notes
Please be considerate when parking in overflow spaces that you are not
impeding the access of your neighbors driveway. Please inform guests where
to park and consider moving your vehicle to an appropriate spot–allowing
quests to utilize your driveway.
Please keep all four tires on pavement–parking on landscaped areas is never permitted.
Clubhouse Rentals
Unit owners are welcome to rent the clubhouse facility with an advanced booking.
The fee to rent the clubhouse is $75. All paperwork and fees must be submitted at
least one week prior to the scheduled rental.
- Facility renters must clean the clubhouse following any event, including removing
trash and disposing of it from your own unit. (Leaving trash at the clubhouse, inside
or out, causes odors and encourages pests.)
- Picking up and dropping off the key is the responsiblity of the persons renting the clubhouse.
