Board Meetings

The Board of Directors meets in the Clubhouse at 6pm on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Owners who would like to attend should contact the property manager to confirm that there is no delay or postponement.

Pool Hours

The pool will remain open until Labor Day. Pool hours are daily form 9am to 9pm.

All EVEN Watering

As Summit Rd is on the EVEN side of Turkey Hill Rd, and our streets are private, the MVD considers all of The Birches as EVEN numbered addresses.

Please limit outside watering with sprinklers to EVEN numbered days no matter if your particular unit has an odd or even address. (The restriction does not apply to hand-held hoses and watering cans.)

Clubhouse Rentals

Unit owners are welcome to rent the clubhouse facility with an advanced booking. The fee to rent the clubhouse is $75. All paperwork and fees must be submitted at least one week prior to the scheduled rental.

  • Facility renters must clean the clubhouse following any event, including removing trash and disposing of it from your own unit. (Leaving trash at the clubhouse, inside or out, causes odors and encourages pests.)
  • Picking up and dropping off the key is the responsiblity of the persons renting the clubhouse.
